WARRANTY & RETURNS
"The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the goods or the signing of the agreement, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason, by rejecting the goods or services. We undertake to accept the return of the goods as of the date the notice of withdrawal reaches the Seller or the Service Provider."
If our company fails to fulfill the obligations stated above and the requirements set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette No. 27866 dated March 6, 2011, the withdrawal period shall be three (3) months. The starting date of both the seven-day and three-month periods shall be:
For contracts concerning the delivery of goods: the date on which the Consumer receives the goods.
For all other contracts: the date on which the contract is concluded.
If the obligations specified in the Preliminary Information Form and the Regulation on Distance Contracts are fulfilled within the three-month period, the seven-day withdrawal period shall begin from the date on which such obligations have been fulfilled.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Consumer to submit a written notice or a notification through another durable medium within the applicable withdrawal period.
